Six Thinking Hats® Workshop ( 09C15 )
Much of a manager's thinking in today's workplace happens in meetings, conversations and workshops. But groups of people have different knowledge, opinions and communication styles. How do you genuinely get the best thinking for everyone without disintegrating into chaos or argument? A lot of business thinking and decision making happens in groups. Ideally this brings a wealth of experience and knowledge. In reality it can mean opinions that are endlessly defended and quiet voices that are drowned out.

The Six Thinking Hats® create a practical framework to separate different types of thinking – emotion from facts, benefits from weaknesses, risks from idea generation.
